Finding one's true visual signature

I have been a professional photographerfor a few years, but I had never taken the time to look for an editing style that suited me 100%. I already had a base, but it was not assertive enough. At the end of 2025, I wanted to stand out and I asked myself the essential question: what do I really like in terms of image? The answer was quick: I like color, brightness and strong contrasts. Photographers like Neil Redfern and Valentine Poulain, with their hyper creative and colorful wedding images, deeply inspired me and reinforced me in this direction.

Going against the pastel trend

For a few years, the big trend in weddings has been pastel tones, a rendering that is sometimes a bit faded and low in contrast. I want to make it clear: some photographers master this style perfectly and create wonderfully beautiful images. But I know that is not me. I am aware that a colorful and highly contrasted processing will not please everyone. It is not necessarily what is fashionable today, but deep down, why do like everyone else?

Vibrant colors to freeze your emotions

Life is short, and a wedding is often one of the most beautiful days in a couple's life. I therefore have no desire to deliver photos that look faded to my brides and grooms. What better represents feelings of joy and happiness? Color and bright images, don't you think?

Years of photographing cycling races and international sporting events have taught me to observe a scene and to anticipate what is going to happen: a look, a reaction, a burst of laughter or an emotion that will only last a second.

This experience also serves me during weddings. I stay attentive to what is happening around you, without interrupting the exchanges or asking you to replay spontaneous moments. My goal is to naturally capture the emotions, gestures and interactions that truly tell the story of your day.

Then, my colorful and bright editing reinforces this energy to give lively, sincere images full of character.
